Ken Lamug poster artThe Vegas Valley Comic Book Festival is a free, one-day event celebrating the illustrated word that takes place annually on the first Saturday in November. The Comic Book Festival features publishers, vendors, film screenings, panels, special guests and much more. The next event will be held on Saturday, Nov. 5, 2016 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. inside and around the Clark County Library (1401 E. Flamingo Road).

The 2015 event was the biggest yet, with about 3,500 people coming through the library’s doors to enjoy the day’s events, which included the return and expansion of our popular Artist Alley, live music by The DoubleClicks and Molly Lewis, meet-and-greets and panels with guests such as Matt Wagner (Will Eisner’s The Spirit), Jen Van Meter (Hopeless Savages), Chris Staros (Top Shelf Productions), Russell Lissau (Old Wounds), Dan Schkade (San Hannibal), and much more — all for free.

Stay tuned as we work to create an even better festival for 2016 and future years. Friend us on Facebook or follow us on Twitter or Instagram for the latest updates!
